By registering for an event organized by Aeropodium, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
The delegate fee for an event (conference, seminar, exhibition, webinar) includes access to the event, the networking breaks as described on the event website, and the event proceedings.
The delegate fee must be paid in full before the date of the event in the currency quoted on the event website.
The delegate badges will be collected at the registration desk of the event.
Delegate registration and sponsorship fees are non-refundable and all sales are final. Substitutions for delegate bookings are allowed at any time. Credit towards another event is also available.
No cancellations and requests for refunds can be accepted for the purchase of event proceedings and publications.
An invitation letter for a visa to travel to attend an event can be issued by Aeropodium only if payment for the event has been received and it is not refundable if the visa application of the delegate has not been successful. Scams will not be tolerated and they will be reported to the authorities.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
If an event organized by Aeropodium is cancelled, only the delegate fee will be reimbursed.
If an event is postponed for reasons beyond our control, the delegates will be notified about the new date subject to possible restrictions by the local authorities.
